One is relocating for family reasons so new physician can expect to be busy immediately. They do about 60 deliveries monthly and offer collaborative care with a CNM and APRN. The group currently covers a community health center which is attached to the hospital as well as providing for private patients in 2 office locations. The hospital has a level II nursery with all services in house including 24hr anesthesia and is home to a family medicine residency program so there is the opportunity to do some teaching if that is of interest. If the physicians is interested in robotics, they will have access to the DaVinci Robot at the hospital. The call schedule will be 1:5 as some of the providers do not take OB call. Physicians average 24 hrs of clinic coverage weekly plus call so this is a very lifestyle friendly schedule! They are offering a very generous 2 year guaranteed salary with production and signing bonuses as well as relocation, loan repayment and training stipend.
