Maura founded Stratton Group, LLC in 2005 after managing the OBGYN Division of a local Physician Recruitment firm for 10 years. Maura holds a B.A. from Barnard College in NYC. She truly enjoys working with physicians and loves helping candidates with their job search and clients who are looking to add and she values the long-standing relationships she has with both. She lives in Westport CT with her husband, 2 daughters and 7yr old grandson. Outside of work, Maura enjoys gardening, boating and spending time with her family in VT and on Block Island.
