He received his BA from Concordia University in Montreal Canada and spent several years working as a broker for Morgan Stanley before transitioning to physician recruiting. He is a native of Fairfield CT and currently lives in Vero Beach

Maura founded Stratton Group, LLC in 2005 after managing the OBGYN Division of a local Physician Recruitment firm for 10 years. Maura holds a B.A. from Barnard College in NYC. She truly enjoys working with physicians and loves helping candidates with their job search and clients who are looking to add and she values the long-standing relationships she has with
