Ian has been recruiting with Stratton Group since 2006 and enjoys the relationships that he has built with clients and practitioners. He received his BA from Concordia University in Montreal Canada and spent several years working as a broker for Morgan Stanley before transitioning to physician recruiting. He is a native of Fairfield CT and currently lives in Vero Beach Florida with wife Anne. Ian is an avid surfer and enjoys all water sports and traveling to the Far East.
