Well-established private group of 3 physicians and 1 PA seeks to add an additional OBGYN as soon as possible as one of the physician partners will be relocating later this year. The group works out of 1 office on the campus of a community-based hospital with in-house anesthesia, fetal monitoring, pediatrics and neonatologist services and LDRP suites and an OR on the maternity floor. The practice does a good mix of OB and GYN and physicians average 10-12 deliveries each monthly and see patients adolescent to elderly. They do a lot of in-office GYN including sono-hystograms, Endometrial ablation, LEEP, Essure, Colposcopy, cryosurgery and a lot of MIS and Laparoscopy. Physicians scrub together and mentor. They have ultrasound and tech in the office and do not perform terminations but do refer out. They share call with 2 other OBGYN physicians so call is 1/5 weekdays and weekends but they are working with the hospital to provide coverage 2 out of the 4 weekends so weekend coverage would be adjusted accordingly but still shared between the 24 remaining weekends. They see a mix of patients and have 1 day of surgery each weekly. This is a partnership tracked position with a very competitive salary and benefits package including a signing bonus, relocation and full benefits.
