This is a partnership-tracked opportunity with 4 full-time physicians, and 1.5 midwives. Office is located directly across the street from the hospital, a 465-bed, multispecialty hospital recognized for cardiac care, neurosciences, and advanced surgical procedures, it is the largest full-care hospital in the region. The group does a lot of OB and also offers a lot of GYN mentoring. Interest in high-risk OB would be a huge plus! They share equal call of ¼, weekdays and weekends and divide all new patients equally between the providers. OB collections are pooled and divided equally and GYN is individual production only. Their highly competitive offer is an Income Guarantee model and their Relocation Agreement (offered from hospital) includes year 1 income guarantee (based on MGMA guidelines), sign-on bonus, relocation expenses, malpractice/tail coverage, CME allowance.
