Respected and well-known healthcare system in northern New Jersey is seeking an outstanding board-certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join its large and comprehensive staff. Located approx. 20 minutes from New York City, this academic, tertiary care center is scheduled to begin a $31 million renovation to its Maternal and Child department in 2019 which will significantly enhance its existing state of the art facility. The successful candidate will join the faculty and be afforded the opportunity to teach residents and medical students. The position encompasses 3 nine hour days in the outpatient clinic, ½ to 1 full day in the OR where there are 2 robots available, 1 twelve hour shift in L&D, handing all OB/GYN-related issues in the ER and in the hospital, including admissions, and 7 lectures per year. THERE IS NO CALL OUTSIDE OF THE 12 HOUR SHIFT FOR INPATIENT SERVICE.
